This site contains videos and photos taken from various locations in and around the city. If by happenstance you encounter a video clip that contains your image and would like to have it removed and/or feel that The True Review has infringed upon your copyright, please immediately send an email via the "contact" tab on this site.

Please include the following information within your email:

1. The title, date, location, and time-stamp within the video of your image or copy written material so that the video can be edited or removed from the TTR site.
2. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief, that the disputed use has not been authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
3. Your electronic or the electronic signature of the person authorized to act on your behalf.
4. A statement by you made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
   
   Please also note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer.

TTR will NEVER give erroneous information on its website. All reviews will contain factual, ingenuous information (positive and negative) for each event reviewed. Please be aware that all reviews are written as an unbiased third party attendee.  Utilizing TTR services is for videographic, photographic, and promotional services only. Written reviews are not for hire and are done so as the unbiased individual opinion of the videographer/photographer. Reviews are an added feature of the site, and are not a means for profit.
